Balati EMS, LLC

 

The mission of Balati EMS is to provide unbiased care to the public by providing providers who are compassionate and understanding because they themselves are well taken care of by the company they work for.

Too many times I've heard the phrase "EMS providers don't seem to care anymore" from patients. 

And the rebuttal to that I've heard many times is "We're not paid enough to care"  

and unfortunately, it's true, money makes the world go 'round. Balati EMS hopes to bridge the gap. 

Balati EMS solves the "overworked and underpaid" problem by firstly being a company also focuses on being different by providing competitive pay and exciting work experiences that are not limited to just being on an ambulance. Secondly, being a one stop shop solution to any medical need by providing excellent medical services whether it be for events big or small, in a pre-hospital setting whether emergency or not, in an occupational health setting. and as well as a harm reduction setting of a mobile response unit.

By having workers who are paid well, enjoy the work they do, and are understanding of the people they serve--healthcare becomes easier to access as it should be, given by people who care about the work they do.

I am seeking funding because I want to be able to start operating as soon as possible.  I see a need not only in the EMS community, but in the general community as well.  I started the company because I believed that not just I, but both communities deserve better. 

I have many ideas and I'm eager to spend the funding on getting a physical location, at least one vehicle. inventory, and equipment.

The team consists of only me and my husband so far. My husband inspired me to start this company because he believes that I can change lives by being the change in the community that I want to see.

I know times are hard out here. but to make it worthwhile we have so many incentives for donations.  Thank you.
