Project Description
- Assention VS is on a mission to bridge the gap between under-represented and unemployment. We want to offer job seekers, college students, new graduates, stay-at-home moms, and others legitimate work from home opportunities.
- The economy is shifting and more people are losing jobs. The unemployment claims filed alone in my zip code is 306 between December 2022 - January 11, 2023 (Texas Workforce Commission UI Claimant Dashboard 2023).
- The market size is considerable as we currently utilize a 3rd party vendor for staffing opportunities. We currently provide service for Fortune 500 companies.
- Assention Virtual Services offers virtual administrative professionals, call center agents, recruiters, specialized business services and more.
- I have recruited many individuals capable of fulfilling roles but we have run extremely low on resources. The funding is needed for operations, equipment, and working capital.
- My team is myself and I have one agent currently servicing. I hired and recruited over 15 agents who have not had a chance to start. I have received over 800 applications as of January 19. However, I'm finding that a lot of them do not have equipment to do the job. Most of them are a part of the under-served community and cannot afford equipment and internet services.
