• When do we receive our goodies? Items will be shipped out every two weeks starting September 7.  
   
• Which sessions should I book first: systematic kinesiology, blueprint animal reading, or astrology?  While we suggest going with your intuition, each practitioner has 25+ years of experience.
  
  I personally chose astrology, kinesiology, then animal blueprint. I ended up buying animal blueprint readings as gifts for my friends and team members. It was a fun and approachable way for self-development. 
  
  All taught me to be more grounded during this unforeseen time while they guided me to work on some patterns and subconscious beliefs. 
   
• Why this astrologer? A psychic friend persistently recommended her. She was so confident about her session, she said she'd 100% pay for mine if I don't end up liking it. I was nervous at first because I wasn't open to the idea of a psychic astrologer reading. Then discovered everything she shared about Cofield was accurate: nurturing, instructive, and you walk away feeling empowered. 
   
• What's systematic kinesiology? According to the Academy of Systematic Kinesiology, it's "a complete form of natural health care that uses muscle testing to read the energetic bio feedback system from our bodies to find where health issues stem from, where imbalances/energy drains are and what particular stresses are affecting you. [Kinesiology] then corrects those imbalances using specialized lymphatic massage, nutrition, electrical balancing, and emotional work."
   
• What's a blueprint animal reading?  Becca shared, "your date of birth is first used to create your Animal Blueprint—a personalized ebook that we will use as the foundation for our sessions. We will explore the 12 different aspects of who you are (Gift, Heart, Projection, Path, etc) to help you to fully use your gifts while also understanding and learning from your challenges. We’ll focus on practical tools that you can apply right away, many of which you may already intuitively be using. With awareness of their purpose, these tools are even more potent in helping you stay in your ’thrive place’."
   
• I just want the animal blueprint for my team/friends/family, how can we make that happen? Send emily@ahma.nyc an email. We'll set you up! 
   
• How do we make an appointment with our services? Please be sure to include your email/name when purchasing the reward. 
  • We'll put you in touch with the wellness coach, yoga/pilates teacher(s), kinesiologist, blueprint reader, and/or astrologer.
  • After you conduct your services, please let us know so we can pay Cindy, Becca, and/or Cofield for your services.
