The funds will be primarily allocated to securing the property and initiating the build-out of our state-of-the-art facility. Our team, led by Yvette, brings a wealth of experience and dedication to Happen to Life Cowork. Yvette, with 15 years in Corporate America's Learning and Development sector and a certified Project Management Professional, is channeling her expertise into this pivotal project, creating a workspace that seamlessly integrates personal and professional life. As a mom of four and wife to Marcus, she understands firsthand the challenges of balancing work and family, driving her passion to build a space that meets this need for others.

Joyce, our seasoned Brand Manager, is a master at crafting and managing compelling brand identities, while Gabrielle, our Operations Manager, ensures every logistical detail is handled. Together, we are committed to creating a truly transformative experience for our members and inspiring positive change that reaches far beyond our community.

We are also fortunate to collaborate with exceptional partners. Hopscotch Labs, with their successful track record in coworking and childcare, provides invaluable insights. Our ongoing education with Jamie Russo at the Coworking Start-up School helps us navigate the industry’s nuances and Arise to Top’s business consulting has guided over 500 start-ups, including ours, through critical early stages. Finally, Keith Sharp of Keller Williams Buckhead is expertly navigating us through the complexities of commercial real estate.
