Algoretica aspires to promote fair, transparent, socially beneficial AI. It offers opportunities for users to discover what AI can do for social good, link promising ethical AI talent to responsible tech companies, and advise professionals on how to find paths to careers in AI that have some meaningful contribution.

The world has changed because of AI, but fairness, accountability, and access are still issues. There are many workforce professionals out there eager to venture into AI for Good, but have no clear pathways into those careers. Ethical AI talent is largely locked out of value-aligned companies.

Forecasts show that the global AI market would be worth $1.8 trillion by 2030; it's an underexplored space for ethical AI. With fast-increasing regulations and incentives towards having responsible AI solutions, there is an urgent need for education, career support, and matching ethical talents in the sector of ethical AI, which is what Algorètica aims to fulfill.

Algoretica is designed as:
