- What is the mission of your company or project?
- To provide a space for community members to unwind, converse, and enjoy their peace while offering natural, biodynamic wine with locally made tapas.
- Describe the problem you are solving.
- Lack of variety of natural, low-alcohol wine that does not give patrons headaches, and or feelings of lethargy, as is so in other places of the city.
- What is the market size/opportunity?
- Community members, visitors, and commuters between 1, A, B, C, and D lines—growing curiosity of natural low-alcohol wine.
- What is your company/product about and how does it solve the problem?
- Natural/ Unfiltered/ Biodynamic WIne leaves patrons feeling light, not over-saturated with sugar and lethargy, thus offering a space for patrons to converse casually and mindfully.
- Why are you seeking funding and how will you spend the funding?
- I am seeking funds for HR/ Payroll/ and minimal costs to build patio outside/

- Yes, money would be used to establish a wine bar, and then open a neighboring natural wine shop, and other natural wine bars Uptown, and the Bronx.
- What other natural wine bars exist nearby?
- None. It is quite astonishing that with the natural wine production domestically enhancing, community members UPtoen have either never heard of orange wine, and or have never seen a store or wine bar offer it.
- How will you be set up for success when you receive capital?
- By grounding ourselves in the original mission when we grow, and holding true to our initial mission.
