Advanced Aesthetic Training Program Expansion
We would love to expand our Spa to provide an advanced training program for all licensed beauty professionals.

At Aesthetic + Co Facial Spa we are extremely proud to offer a unique education focused business structure that welcomes professionals from pre graduate level to experienced, long term career professionals. Our purpose is to create a comforting and supportive atmosphere for our staff that will nourish your career path and ultimately lead to a successful career in the beauty industry.

Solving an industry issue: Across the country the beauty industry has lessened the education requirements necessary for graduation. Not only this, the majority of professionals feel less than prepared to go out into the workforce after obtaining their license. As a veteran Esthetician who has trained and hired Estheticians in my spa since 2016, it is painful to watch the industry head in this direction. I am grateful for the initial education I had 11 years ago but have watched it become less and less important since then. Professionals in this industry should be given the tools for success and if the schools aren't providing this, who is? I already have the space but need funding for the build out of the expansion.

How I am currently helping: Currently I take interns/apprentices and provide an advanced training program for new hires but I want to be able to help even more beauty professionals.
- How I can help on a larger scale: I would love to add a full advanced training program to my business to not only provide better education/training for my current employees but also help beauty professionals outside of my business.
- Why funding is necessary: In order to do this successfully, I would need to expand my space to accommodate more students. I already have the space but need funding for the build out of the expansion.
- My team: I currently have three other Estheticians on my staff and would love to add more trainers and expand my staff training program as well as outside trainees.
