The mission of 4TH QUARTER LIVING is to educate, and empower Female Baby Boomer caregivers, and others, by providing 24/7 access to products and customized services to help them thrive while they're alive and leave a legacy, not a load when time to go.
THE CHALLENGE TO RESOLVE
10,000 Baby Boomers are turning 65 every day here in America, moving closer to possibly being caregivers or needing to be cared for. 61% of American women and 39% American men are becoming caregivers. Unfortunately, they are unprepared, unsupported, unappreciated and most certainly unpaid. It is a daunting task that over time can become overwhelming, sometimes to the point of death.
Statistics show that approx. 30% of caregivers die before those they are caring for. Even when death doesn't occur for those individuals depression and autoimmune diseases run rampant.

MY STORY
Six years ago, I began observing a major need among my girlfriends who were becoming caregivers by default for their aging parents. They needed support but support did not come easy.
Four years ago, I began putting thoughts and ideas for solutions to paper. I began surveying my friends who both struggled and championed through this phase.
Two years ago, in 2019, this passion became personal when I felt God nudging me to move back to my hometown to help care for my OWN aging parents. Being near them has offered me a better view of how much is lacking to assist the Baby Boomer demographic in this 4th quarter of our lives. It was also God's perfect timing, allowing me to enjoy the final four months of my dad's life alongside him, instead of from a distance, as he departed this earth on Christmas Eve, 2019.
WHO ARE WE TARGETING?
The Baby Boomer demographics consist of 74 million Americans born between 1946 and 1964. Female Baby Boomers make up about 52% of them. Many are in need of a crash course to thrive in the areas of health & wellness, financial literacy, asset protection, caregiving do's, don't's & resources, estate planning, retirement income, and so much more!
HOW WILL WE SOLVE THEIR PROBLEM?
4TH QUARTER LIVING solves this problem by educating and empowering female Baby Boomer caregivers, and others, providing 24/7 access to products and customized services to help them thrive while they're alive and leave a legacy, not a load when time to go.
This idea was placed on my heart six years ago when observing several of my close girlfriends caring for their ill parents. The process of putting solutions to a blueprint sped up about two years ago with the death of my own father.
In May 2021, I had an opportunity to pitch my idea to a Venture Capital company. They said "Yes!" to my idea and are currently assisting me in the development of my app. That has been a HUGE step in the right direction!
WHY AM I SEEKING FUNDING?
Now, I am seeking funding for the marketing of all this, which will involve various phases. I'll keep you updated on those phases as we approach them.
WHO ARE WE?
My team consists of my current staff of four employees. Now added to our team is our Technology Partner, the company in charge of UI/UX development. In the coming months, our team will increase to include a bookkeeper/accountant, attorney, project manager, marketing director, customer service agents and several more key positions.
