Musique Live is a new app to help users discover hard-to-find live local music show. The idea was created by two women and our developer is a woman so we are a 100% woman owned company. Musique Live offers a comprehensive list of all music events playing in the area we now cover, Washington DC, Maryland and Northern Virginia. We show everything from big concerts to little, hard to find events. The user can see videos of the bands in app to determine if they want to go to see that band. Audiences have shown that they want to see smaller, local bands in smaller venues. These are often unticketed so they are hard to find information on. Users have to scour a myriad of Facebook pages and bar calendars to find events. Musique Live finds the local events, improves and consolidates the event information, and presents it to users via an attractive, easy to use, free mobile app. Users can buy tickets or make table reservations at non ticketed events. We list hundreds of events every night in the DC area alone. The communities response has been very positive and we have attracted almost 1,000 users in the first five months.
