Product Marketing Manager
IFW seeks a Product Marketing Manager to optimize our product marketing strategy to propel growth for the company. You will play an integral role in developing go-to-market strategy for new products, and for refreshing positioning of existing IFW products. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will closely collaborate with Marketing and Entrepreneur Success Teams and be responsible for product lifecycle research, website management and optimization, and product content creation and optimization. You will play an integral role in developing go-to-market strategy for new products, and for refreshing positioning of existing IFW products.
We are looking for a strategic thinker with an ability to execute tactically. This role will report into Carolyn Spencer, Head of Product at IFW with a dotted line to Julia Steele, VP of Marketing and Communications.

Location: New York preferred or remote in these states only: NY, NJ, MA, GA, TX, FL, CA, VA, CO, IL
- Go-To-Market Strategy:
- Assist in the development of go-to-market strategies for new product launches
- Product Customer Lifecycle Research:
- Analyze the end-to-end customer lifecycle
- Develop and optimize user flows which encourage customer engagement and reduce churn
- Website Management and SEO:
- Set strategic goals for website optimization that support company KPIs
- Analyze current website performance; identify growth areas, and execute solutions for improvement
- Write website copy which optimizes SEO
- Consistently run A/B tests to learn about our customers
- Product-Triggered Content Optimization:
- Work with internal teams in the development and optimization of product-triggered external content: email and social specifically
- Marketing Content:
- Work with marketing and design to develop and publish product marketing content
- At least three (3) years of experience in a product marketing manager role at a tech company
- Experience with data analysis, tracking, and reporting
- Experience developing hypotheses and running A/B tests
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, written communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills
- Passionate supporter of all things entrepreneurship and women-led startups
- Working knowledge of SendGrid, Mailchimp, Mixpanel, Google Analytics
- Experience using social listening tools for grassroots marketing analytics & tactics
- Experience leading go-to-market strategy in a technology or a marketplace platform
- Experience working at a high growth, early stage startup
- MBA is a major plus, as is a PMM certification
- Salary range: $86k - $105k
