Project Description
Yoga For Intimacy™ was created by Kathryn Peterson in 2016, with the intent to demystify yoga and sexual wellness practices. After teaching private clients and public workshops around the country, we are heeding the call to expand Yoga For Intimacy™ with a teacher training program.
Yoga For Intimacy™ is a simple way to build a niche in sexual wellness. This market is projected to grow at a rate of 9%. Yoga For Intimacy™ is an exciting theme for private trainings, workshops, couples classes, and parties.
Yoga For Intimacy™ is particularly relevant to older adults. Most yoga practitioners are over the age of 40. Female sexual dysfunction peaks at middle age, while male sexual dysfunction increases over time.
Yoga For Intimacy™ is a natural complement to prenatal and postnatal yoga training. Immediately after childbirth, the rate of maternal sexual dysfunction soars to over 80%. Additionally, yoga and sex energy training has been shown to enhance fertility rates.
The Yoga For Intimacy™ 2020 training program is launching with the goal to train 100 yoga teachers. We are raising money to complete our training manual, licensing agreement, and digital marketing content.
Yoga For Intimacy™ is currently based in Minneapolis, and continues to be taught by Kathryn Peterson. She has an extensive background in social science, and holds BA and MA degrees from NYU.
Yoga For Intimacy™ has been featured by the Sexual Health Expo, Bwom, Sex With Dr. Jess, and PlayboyTV.

The Campaign FAQs
When will I get my reward?
After purchasing your reward, you will receive an email with a status update.
Digital rewards like the Custom Yoga Video, Sex Energy Guide, and Support Women social media shoutout are projected to be sent throughout the campaign. You can expect to receive these rewards within 3 days of your purchase.
Rewards that require scheduling like the Private Yoga Session and Private Yoga Class will be scheduled directly with the backer after purchase. You can expect to receive these rewards by February 2020.
Postcard thank you notes are projected to be shipped throughout the campaign, on a weekly basis. You can expect to receive these rewards by the end of December.
Support Women T-shirt rewards are projected to be shipped by the end of the campaign. You can expect to receive these rewards by the end of December.
Anything else I should know?
We reserve the right to refuse campaign backing to any individual. Absolutely no sexually explicit language or contact is ever permitted.
