What is WYA?

WYA? is an app that streamlines products and services based on location, making it easier and more efficient for users to find services in their area! We developed this app with the help of The Appineers so that entrepreneurs and business owners have a place to network and communicate with other businesses and consumers. 

The problem we are solving.

Whenever we are looking for products and services , we often look to Instagram and Facebook tags to see who offers products and services near us. We know how frustrating it is to have to search for these services through social media tags/search engine and we also know how frustrating it is to be treated unprofessionally while trying to conduct business via social media. In our efforts to solve these issues, we've developed an app to solve this dilemma!

What WYA? Offers!

In the WYA? app, users are able to streamline products and services in their area by simply searching for what they need on the explore page. Users can also book within the app as well as message other establishments and entrepreneurs. To ensure other consumers are provided with great services, we allow you to rate your providers based on Responsiveness, Professionalism, Communication, Quality of Service, and Timing.  We also highlight Black Owned businesses with their own badge as well as VIP Entrepreneurs and buisnesses.

Users can register on the WYA? App as a customer or a business. If registered as a customer,  you are able to create your own personal profile as well a search other business profiles. Once you've found the products and services that you like, you can add them to your "Interested" list or your "Favorites" list. You are also able to book, message, and rate businesses and entrepreneurs that you purchase from.

If registered as a business, users will be able to create a profile that displays where they are located,  pictures of their work, hours of operation, and contact information. If they are a black owned business, we will display our black owned business badge on their profile. You can also manage your bookings through the app, message customers and entrepreneurs, and view the ratings/reviews that customers have left .

Why we need your help!

We are currently crowdfunding to raise 50k in order to fully develop the WYA? app and to launch the app on both IOS and Android platforms. 100% of the proceeds of this campaign will go towards the development and launch of WYA? We know that with the help of our family, followers, and friends, we can meet our goal and change the world!
