Q: Where do I find the rewards on your campaign page?
A: On mobile, there are tabs directly above the big JOY RIOT!® logo and "Who JOY RIOT!® Is" header on the main page that say Pitch, Rewards, Updates, Funders, FAQ.
If you're on the FAQ tab reading this, you've already interacted with the tabs! Tap Rewards and you're there!
On desktop, it's on the right-hand side of your screen. :)
Q: When will I receive my reward?
A: It varies!
- Access to the JOY RIOT!® Playlist will be sent out within the first month of raising capital! :)
- Service-based & in-person rewards will become available to plan & co-schedule after we compare and synch our schedules!
- Physical product rewards will be sent 2023! WOO!!
Q: Do I have to choose which specific scents of Candy Ass® I want now before choosing my reward tier + making it RAIN?
A: Nope! We'll cover which individual fragrances you want when it's time to send rewards. Or we might just reach out and ask to keep it on record for later! For now, all you need to do is partner with us at the tier you want. :)
Q: How will I be contacted about my reward?
A: Via email. We'll contact you after the end of our campaign with updates on your shipment. Please be sure you are readily and easily available to get in touch with!
Q: I'm IN for the Co-Create Next Product tier. When do we get to co-create for the next category expansion?
A: 2024! GET PUMPED!!
Q: Is my contribution tax-deductible?
A: Nope! Only 501(c)3 organizations can offer tax-deductions.
Q: Do you get the funds even if you don't reach the full goal?
A: YUPPPP! And we FULLY intend on reaching our full goal! Stretch goal here we come!!
Access to funds is one of the many reasons we chose to rock with IFW! Any amount you contribute becomes available to us ASAP so we can get this party STARTED.
