Hi, I’m La’Sheba Dunlap, founder of Dunlap Signature And Notary Services, LLC, a Black woman-owned mobile notary and document services business based in North Carolina. What started as a one-woman operation has grown into a mission-driven brand focused on legal accessibility, community empowerment, and trusted service.

We do more than notarize documents—we show up for those who are often overlooked.

Whether it’s helping someone notarize a power of attorney during a difficult time, assisting a remote worker with I-9 verification, or navigating the complex apostille process for international documents, our goal is to make these services accessible, mobile, and stress-free.

We’re also launching our nonprofit arm, Stamped for Justice, which will provide free notarizations, document education, and reentry support for formerly incarcerated individuals and vulnerable populations.
