When will my reward ship?
You'll receive intermittent updates on the shipping status of your order via email after backing the campaign. Right now, we expect your rewards to be shipped on time for delivery just before Valentine's Day.
When will products be available for retail purchase on your website?
The new 024 Space Spray will not be available online until after the campaign is fully funded. Priority will go to shipping out backer orders, followed by retail partner pre-orders. Product will be widely available once those groups receive their pre-ordered products, and then will be available on https://www.zerotwofour.com/ We estimate public availability to be sometime around March 2025.

Our current focus is on bringing new products to market, like our Space Spray, along with a few other new products, which boast a lower retail price and make 024's patented scent technology accessible to more people nationwide. Once additional resources are in place, we'll do another run of candles, estimated to hit market around holiday 2025.
