Toxic workplaces. High turnover. Disengaged teams. Discrimination and exclusion that run deep, especially for disabled and marginalized professionals.

Too many companies are reactive—implementing policies that look good on paper but change little in practice. We all know this story too well: employees burned out, passed over, and unsupported. Leadership with the will to change, but not the roadmap.

Q: What exactly is AccessPlus Global?
AccessPlus Global is a leadership and consulting firm I started to help businesses build more human, inclusive, and sustainable workplaces. We work with executives and teams to reshape how leadership is done—from the inside out. It’s disability-led, heart-led, and built around the idea that everyone deserves to feel like they belong at work.

Q: What is The All-In Method?
It’s the signature approach I developed after years of coaching, teaching, and doing systems-level work. The All-In Method helps leaders create cultures of belonging through accessibility, mentorship, emotional intelligence, and purpose. It’s not about checking a box—it’s about changing how we lead so everyone can thrive.

Q: Why are you crowdfunding?
Publishing a book, building out tools, and scaling this work takes resources. This campaign helps cover editing, printing, content production, and spreading the word to the people who need it most. I didn’t want to go the traditional publishing route because I wanted to keep this rooted in real stories and real impact—not corporate buzzwords.

Q: Where will the money go?
Great question. Funds raised will support:

Making everything we build accessible from the start
