Mission Pine Coast Recruiting exists to make hiring simple, affordable, and accessible for small businesses. My mission is to help small teams find reliable, qualified talent without the overwhelm, high costs, or time burden that typically comes with recruiting.
The Problem Small businesses struggle to hire because they often lack HR support, recruiting tools, and the time needed to source and screen candidates. This leads to high turnover, understaffing, burnout, and lost revenue. Many small teams simply don’t have the resources to compete with larger employers in the hiring process.
Market Size & Opportunity There are more than 33 million small businesses in the U.S., and the majority of them do not have internal HR or recruiting support. Retail, healthcare support, and administrative roles are among the highest‑turnover and hardest‑to‑fill positions nationwide. The demand for affordable, personalized recruiting services is growing, especially among small businesses that cannot afford large staffing agencies.

I offer a personalized, compliance‑aware approach that saves employers time, reduces hiring stress, and improves the quality of their hires. By handling the entire process, I allow small business owners to focus on running their business while I find the right people for their team.
Why I Am Seeking Funding & How It Will Be Used As a single mother and woman of color building this business from the ground up, I am seeking funding to cover essential startup costs that I cannot afford on my own. The capital will be used for:
