Does Ellavate Wagon offer a car seat adapter?
Absolutely! We're thrilled to announce that a car seat adapter for this wagon will soon be available. Our car seat adapter works with Nuna, Maxi-Cosi, Cybex, Besafe, Recaro, and Joie! The launch is scheduled for September on our eCommerce platform. As a token of appreciation to our early customers, we will be offering a discount on this attachment and will keep you updated on its availability for purchase!
Is Ellavate Wagon suitable for travel?
Yes! The batteries used in Ellavate Wagons are certified for travel and fully comply with safety standards (lithium-ion 36v). However, it's important to note that for air travel, these batteries must be removed and carried with you if you gate-check the wagon. Regulations prohibit batteries of this type from being stored in the aircraft's under compartment. Please take a moment to watch our tutorial video demonstrating how simple it is to remove Ellavate's batteries.
Are Ellavate's attachments also machine washable?
Yes! Similar to our wagon's fabric, our attachment fabrics are also machine washable.
What is the height of the sunshades?
Ellavate's sunshades are 32 inches in height starting from the plastic base and 24 inches in height starting from the child seat base.
Has Ellavate's electric system been tested for safety and durability in sand/dirt/dust applications?
All of the wagon's electric components must comply with UL standards (for electric mobility products). UL certification sets requirements for the design, construction, and testing of the entire device. This certification tests the device for safety against electrical and fire hazards, as well as for the durability and stability of the device against all elements. Second, we did additional testing over a 12-month period to further confirm durability with sand and dirt applications.
