🌿 Help Bring Eco-Friendly Soft Washing to Cape Cod
Lived on Cape Cod my whole life, and every season I see the same problem — homes and businesses fighting mold, salt, and mildew that eat away at roofs, siding, and driveways. Most cleaning methods use harsh pressure or chemicals that harm our landscaping and local waters. I wanted to create a better way to protect our homes and our environment. That’s how JP Clean Solutions began.
This campaign will help us finish outfitting our soft wash trailer and officially launch this spring. Every dollar goes directly toward equipment, Eco-certified cleaning solutions, insurance, and licensing — everything needed to serve our Cape Cod community the right way.

The Campaign FAQs
Q: What areas do you service?
A: We currently serve Cape Cod, the South Shore, and surrounding communities in Massachusetts. If you’re unsure whether we can reach you, please send us a message and we’ll confirm.
Q: How do I redeem my reward?
A: After the campaign closes and we receive funding, we’ll email all backers with a unique voucher code and instructions to schedule your cleaning. You can book directly online or by calling us, and we’ll work together to find a convenient date.
Q: Do vouchers expire?
A: Yes. To ensure we can plan our calendar, all service vouchers should be redeemed within 12 months of the campaign’s end (18 months for VIP packages). If you need more time, just let us know — we’ll be happy to work with you.
Q: Can I transfer my reward to someone else?
A: Absolutely! You’re welcome to gift your voucher to a friend, family member, or neighbor. Just let us know whose name should be on the booking when you redeem it.
Q: What if my home is larger than average or has special surfaces?
A: The listed packages are based on typical single‑family homes up to about 1,800 sq ft for the Essential House Wash, 2,500 sq ft for the Deluxe, and 3,500 sq ft for the Premium. If your property is larger or has unique features, please contact us — we’ll provide a custom quote or advise whether an upgrade is needed.
Q: Are there any surfaces you can’t clean?
A: We avoid lead‑based paint, severely damaged siding, or surfaces that are not structurally sound. We’ll assess your property beforehand and let you know if any areas can’t be washed safely.
Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes. JP Clean Solutions carries full liability insurance. Your home is in safe hands, and we stand behind every job with a satisfaction guarantee.
Q: How will my contribution be used?
A: Your support helps us purchase commercial‑grade soft‑wash equipment, outfit our trailer, cover licensing and insurance, and run marketing to reach our first customers. We’re a local start‑up, and every dollar goes toward serving our community.
Q: What happens if the campaign doesn’t meet its goal?
A: Honeycomb campaigns are typically “all‑or‑nothing.” If we don’t reach our funding goal, your pledge won’t be charged. We’re confident in our plan and grateful for your support in getting us over the finish line!
