Spa visits, memberships, and events will be scheduled after the campaign ends and coordinated with you to ensure availability.
6. How do the investor packages work?
Each investor receives:
Their full investment back
Plus a 10% fixed return
For example, if someone invests $25,000, they’ll receive $27,500 total, repaid over 18–36 months depending on cash flow. Repayments will begin once we’re cash-flow positive, projected within 6–9 months of opening.
