How long does the 1/2 CEO Day last?

½ Day CEO Days are typically available on Thursdays and are scheduled for 3 to 3.5 hour blocks of time.

Who should attend the CEO Day?

CEOs are encouraged to attend the CEO Day alone. In case you are working with partners, all partners are required to attend.

How much time will it take to prepare for the CEO Day?

Before your CEO Day, you will receive a prep workbook. The workbook is required to be completed prior to your CEO Day to give your SHE-Suite Fractional Integrator insight into your business and jump start your CEO Day working session. It is recommended to set aside 1-2 hours to complete your workbook. As with anything, the effort you put into your workbook will impact the results you receive on your CEO Day.

What will I do with the Business Blueprint once we're done?

You will definitely not put it in a desk drawer to collect dust! It’s recommended that you share your Business Blueprint with all team members and revisit it at least once per year (at a minimum) during your annual planning session. SHE-Suite clients review their Business Blueprint during each quarterly planning session.

What will I do with the Strategic Growth Plan once we're done?

You will definitely not put it in a desk drawer to collect dust! Here is how I recommend you use your Strategic Growth Plan:
Use the Strategic Growth Plan to have your leadership team help their own direct reports set goals and metrics in support of the quarterly plan
Schedule weekly team calls to review the Strategic Growth Plan goals, report on metrics, and remove any obstacles keeping the team from achieving goals. Ask me about our efficient team meeting agendas!

I don't have a Business Blueprint. Can I still book a Strategic Growth Planning session?

Strategic Growth Planning works best when the business has a clear vision and strategy. Even when a CEO thinks they have a clear vision and strategy, they find the Business Blueprint to open up thoughts, ideas, and context they had never considered before.

I don't have a Business Blueprint. Can I still hire a Fractional Integrator?

Absolutely! If we agree working together is in both our best interest, you are welcome to jump right into the Fractional Integrator option. However, the process is non-negotiable. We will still start with your Business Blueprint, then Strategic Growth Planning before jumping into running your team.

My inbox will be the death of me. But there' no one else who can respond to most of the emails. Is that something you do?

Your Fractional Integrator does not manage your email inbox. One of our top recommendations for clients is to hire an executive assistant. Even if you don’t think an Executive Assistant will be capable of responding to emails, you’ll have a system for organizing, filing, and delegating incoming emails that will take you out of the mix.
