Healthcare Provider Who Truly Cares

• What is the mission of your company or project? To provide trustworthy, professional, high quality, affordable healthcare to uninsured patients although I will also serve insured patients as well. 
• Describe the problem you are solving. I will be able to not only provide traditional primary care services, but also typical services found in "minute clinics." I will also provide specialty services such as joint injections, trigger point injections, weight loss, testosterone replacement therapy, and IV vitamin therapy
• What is the market size/opportunity? According to the 2018 census (https://www.unitedstateszipcodes.org/89131), the northwest region of Las Vegas (I've included only area codes 89130 and 89131) has a population of about 76K. This doesn't include fluctuations in the population post-covid 19.  Even with the fluctuation, I still get many requests for patients who would like to be seen in the northwest area. There is a serious mistrust in providers in Las Vegas as a whole, but especially in this area it seems.  Pt's have found that I'm a provider they can actually trust and depend on. I am more interested in quality rather than quantity.  People are interested in providers who can provide time to address their needs rather than feeling as if they're a part of "drive through" medicine. 
• What is your company/product about and how does it solve the problem? I am a different healthcare provider in that I listen and give adequate time for patients who need that extra time.  For example, I don't and won't expect to see an 80 yr old person on an initial visit within a 15 or even 30-minute time frame. I think 45 minutes to 1 hour is adequate in most cases as they tend to move a little slower, think/process thoughts a little slower and often have numerous co-morbidities, medications, and past medical history problems that have to be recorded.  I also want to give younger patients who need extra education and counseling on new diagnoses. Sometimes follow-ups for these patients can go as long as 45 minutes rather than the traditional 15 minutes given in drive-thru medicine. 
• Why are you seeking funding and how will you spend the funding? I'm seeking assistance with start-up costs as at this time, I am unemployed due to being fired from my previous employer who managed his practice so poorly that he's deeply in debt.  His focus, unfortunately, was more on his social life rather than his business.  The $11K that I am requesting will be enough to furnish a large office space located within a family-owned pharmacy.  I have an excel sheet available with the detailed item list and costs. I have included only the bare minimum needed to start and sustain the practice for about 6 months. 
• Who is on your team? At this time I will be the sole provider and employee until the business grows. I do have the advantage of being located in a busy family-owned pharmacy across the street from a busy hospital.
