We are a 501(c)(3) Non Profit Organization. Our mission is to open up accessibility to wellness & mental health through our Safe Spaces.
We provide accessibility to luxury self-care experiences such as retreats, getaways, and events to young adults at no cost. Our retreats create a space for people to detach from technology and create connectedness, stillness, and peace with nature and themselves. Self-care experiences and luxury retreats can be very expensive and seem out of touch for young adults who have other financial responsibilities and societal pressures.We provide our community with a safe space to grow and feel inspired.

How can I sign up for a retreat?
Apply here to sign up for upcoming retreats.Applications are mandatory so that we can better cater a more impactful experience during your stay with us. We keep all applications on file so once you have filled one out we can reach out to you regarding all future retreat opportunities.
How much does it cost to join a retreat?
All of our retreats are free of charge & we do not sell tickets. So, all you have to do is show up! We do require our attendees to handle transportation costs to our retreat location. Food, activities, and transportation is covered during your stay with us. If an attendee decides to explore the town we’re visiting to purchase their own food our souvenir’s that is something we do not cover the costs for. Otherwise anything on our itinerary is completely taken care of by ASafeSpaceMentor.
What is the age demographic of attendees?
The age demographic is generally between 25-35 years old. We are not strict about this although we do not at the moment host retreats for adults younger than 21 years old.
What can I expect coming to a Safe Space experience?
Our experiences are very intimate we create spaces where everyone has a chance to be heard and heal free of judgement or control. At our retreats we do pair people to bunk together in rooms which creates a camp like experience but for adults. People come to our experiences strangers & always leave as a family. At our experiences you will be loved and returning home with a full cup.
