Product Manager

 

IFundWomen seeks a Product Manager to help drive strategy and innovation at IFundWomen. You will play an integral role in developing strategy for new products and for improving existing products. As a Product Manager, you will closely collaborate with Marketing and Engineering to ideate, provide inputs to the product roadmap, and to own product requirements.

We are looking for a strategic thinker with an ability to execute tactically. This role will report into Lauren Gundrum, Senior Product Manager at IFundWomen.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in Product Planning
  • Contribute to the overarching product strategy by owning one or more product roadmaps and/or functional areas
  • Meet with stakeholders on a regular basis to identify customer and business requirements
  • Understand the competitive landscape
  • Own and maintain a prioritized backlog
  • Own the Feature Development and Release Cycle Process
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to identify customer segments and priorities
  • Work with Engineering and Design to ideate, develop requirements for features and functionality of products, design and scope bugs and feature improvements
  • Work with Product Team to plan and prioritize sprints
  • Ensure requirements are met by owning QA / UAT for features before release
  • Create and maintain product documentation, including sitemaps, wireframes, BRDs, Jira tickets, and Wikis as needed
  • Act as scrum master: understand development progress and blockers, oversee and keep sprint boards updated, gather inputs from other teams as needed to keep work on track and remove blockers
  • Understand and Optimize the Product Customer Lifecycle
  • Participate in research initiatives to better understand the end-to-end customer lifecycle
  • Develop and optimize user flows which encourage customer engagement and reduce churn
  • Understand and enable data tracking and optimization; analyze customer behavior and product performance data
Requirements
  • At least three (3) years of experience in a product manager role at a tech company
  • Experience with data analysis, tracking, and reporting
  • Experience developing hypotheses and running A/B tests
  • Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, written communication, problem-solving, organization, project management and presentation skills
  • Comfortable being proactive, adaptable and working with multiple stakeholders and teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate supporter of all things entrepreneurship and women-led startups
Nice-to-haves
  • Experience working at a high growth, early stage startup
  • Scrum master certification
  • MBA or understanding of finance and business
Compensation
  • Salary range: $105k - $115k
